The process

Once you have booked your beautiful session with Charles, one of his staff will contact you to confirm your shoot a day or two beforehand.

Sessions are only postsponed in cases of heavy rain and/or very strong winds for our outdoor portraits.

Dont worry about the weather! We continue with the shoot even when it is sprinkling.

As overcast light is actually best for photography, and the parks are usually beautiful and quiet during inclement weather.

Dont worry if a child is sick. Please contact the studio as soon as possible so that we may move the shoot to a more convenient day.

Once you have had your session one of our staff will again contact you to book in your COMPLIMENTARY cinematic viewing session in our beautiful Double Bay studio.

During this session you will be given an opportunity to select your favourite images you wish to purchase. You may also be shown a variety of different products to choose from.

It is advisable that you attend the viewing session with your partner as orders are placed during this time.

Please be aware that viewing sessions are only available during normal studio working hours (Tuesday to Friday). This is because weekends are reserved for photography purposes only, unless other arrangements have been made with our studio.
